When it comes to how researchers might use the data found on privacyrights.org, they can use it for several good purposes. First, they can use the data to determine how many breaches have occurred and where they are generally located and who they target. Secondly, they can then use that information to better prepare themselves and others of the potential risks and dangers when living in those areas. Lastly, they can look back and see what all the differences there are between more modern breaches and those that happened in the past, so that they are better prepared for what may occur in the future.
