Hello! My name is Kailyn Murray and I am currently a junior at Old Dominion University. I was born and raised in St. Marys County, Maryland until Sophmore year of High School where I moved to Chesapeake, Virginia. I am majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. In summer of 2021, I recieved my associates degree in Criminal Justice at College of Southern Maryland that is located in my hometown before transferring here to ODU.

My plan right now for after I graduate is to work with kids in the Criminal Justice field. I have not figured out exactly what yet, but something to do with crimes against children. With wanting this to be my future job, it will be extremely helpful to learn another language. I took Spanish for two years in highscool and am currently taking it in college too. Knowing how to speak another language could be more beneficial for me when working with cases of children who do not speak English.
