Getting back at someone who has &#8216;wronged&#8217; an individual can cause a personal motive for the crime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#2- Political: Politics cause has a lot of emotional attachments. Someone can commit a crime to make a stand for\/against a political decision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#3- For Money: Greed and financial hardships can be a large motive for a criminal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#4- Recognition: Gaining respect and recognition from a criminals social circle can be a motive. Also gaining recognition from society in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#5- Entertainment: A criminal might commit a crime based off entertaining the individuals around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#6- Multiple Reasons: While some criminals have a very distinct reason for committing a certain crime, its a small percentage, rating it lower for motive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#7- Boredom: To commit a crime based of boredom is very low, there is always another motive alongside it, making it the least sense for a motive. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After looking through each motive, I ranked them based off the most sense (#1) and the least sense (#7). #1 &#8211; Revenge: Revenge seems to make the most sense for a motive for criminals.
