In the test it states that if you have 5 yes&#8217;s, you meet the criteria for a formal diagnosis of &#8216;disordered social media user&#8217;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When looking at the questions, I think it does put the users social media use into perspective. Specifically one question that I did answer yes to: &#8220;Have you regularly neglected other activities (i.e. hobbies, sports, homework) because you wanted to use social media?&#8221; This question really does make the user think and reflect on how social media plays such a influence in day-to-day lives. Neglecting hobbies and homework to meaningless scrolling on social media can be the start of a downfall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think every avid social media user should take this test to see where they stand. I think everyones answer will be different, no matter where they are in the world.
