Weekly Blog 2:

When asked about what kind of student I believe I am, it is somewhat hard to describe myself as a student. I believe in myself and that if I truly apply myself I can learn or complete anything. It is sometimes a challenge for me to motivate myself and put aside plenty of time for school work, but when I finally do, I can accomplish a lot of work. I don’t have a lot of confidence in my school work at the moment because I know that I don’t fully apply myself and the knowledge I have to the fullest. I believe that if I were to set aside more time in the day and if I stay on top of my school work rather than completing assignments somewhat last minute, my self confidence would grow. It’s not that I’m unintelligent, I know it’s just that I don’t really set myself up for success like I know I can. I think my self-efficacy results are fairly accurate in that I don’t lack self confidence as a student to the fullest, but I could definitely use some work and improvement. I believe I have the ability to grow with more time and effort put in to my school work. I inserted the graph because it reflects that I have some work that needs to be done in order to increase my self-efficacy and think it is fairly accurate at showing my self confidence.
