Linux System Security introduced me to the fundamentals of working in a Linux environment and developing essential command-line skills for cybersecurity. Throughout this course, I learned how to navigate the file system, manage users and permissions, write shell scripts, and apply basic security practices. CYSE 270 strengthened my technical foundation and improved my confidence in using Linux as a powerful tool for system administration and security tasks.
