Predictive Knowledge
We should approach the development of cyber-policy extremely calculated and thoughtful, being that cyber threats constantly evolve with the constant innovation of technology. In order to combat this, systems should be made with intricate infrastructures that have multiple methods of security to ensure that systems are safe and secure. In addition, we must also try to think ahead of potential security threats and make sure infrastructures are equipped with this knowledge. Any innovation must be thought to already have systems smart enough to hack in to, resulting in these potential faults or weaknesses being fixed or secured. Working with multiple companies, specialists, and industries may also allow for a communication network to help stay on top of potential threats. One company may send out warnings to its associates on potential weaknesses within infrastructure, so that systems maybe fixed before any threats may occur. While systems need to stay up to date, so does the training required for employees navigating these infrastructures. Proper funds must be allocated equally between the upkeep of infrastructure, as well as employee training.
