The award I have received here at Old Dominion University is the Crown scholarship. I was able to earn this reward when I was a senior in high school because when I sent in my resume and transcripts, my grade point average was above 3.2. I have been able to keep this scholarship because I have been working hard to keep my grade point average at 3.2 and above. In college, keeping my grades up has not been easy but I believe it will be worth it when I graduate.
