Interpretive, Interpersonal, and Presentational Modes of Communication
Exploring Culture
Some products and practices that helped me gain understanding of cultural perspectives when we learned how college students are in their daily life’s in their Spanish speaking countries We learned that college students that the student don’t live on campus they their live with their families or live with other families. We also learned that Mexico has a lot of majors compared to our college in the united states. I believe that the maps helped me without the activity and also the video helped me.

Engaging in Communities
In this photograph my cousins and I have back to our community. We served hot meals on thanksgiving to the homeless. We always gave them hygiene bags with different items in the bag to use . It is important to give back to my community. Once I gave back to my community it really motivated me to keep doing community service projects. I wanted to spread love around my community. I always love to make people day positive energies . Once I gave back to the community I realized how blessed I am. I learned that everybody doesn’t have the same opportunities to learn and grow and be successful. Giving back to the community really makes a differences.

Interpersonal Communication
In this activity we had to create a two minute video. We had to come up with questions to ask our partners. I asked my partner three questions about his identity and personality. I asked three question related to his academics, studying and courses. I learned from this project is how to ask questions well. I always learned how to use Tu and usted appropriately. I always learned how to use informal and formal words. After we finished our project we had to comment on our classmates videos . I have learned a lot from my classmates.

Presentational Speaking
In this activity we working with a partner. We had to create a two-minute video interview with a partner. We had to come up with questions to ask our partners. I asked my partner three questions about his identity and personality. I asked three question related to his academics, studying and courses. I learned from this project is how to ask questions well. I always learned how to use Tu and usted appropriately. I always learned how to use informal and formal words. After we finished our project we had to comment on our classmates videos .

Presentational Writing
When writing Proyecto unidad 1: Mi descripcion. We learned how to describe information describing ourselves. It was difficult using 3rd person singular, How to use “E” and how to use “Y”. I learned how to right my first name and last name. I learn how to describe where I am from. I learned how to describe myself using the verbs, I learned how to write my telephone number, I learned how to use 3rd person singular. I learned how to write my email. I will take my time and think about the different verbs I will be using. I will take my time using the different vocabulary we have learned in class.

Interpretive Listening
In this activity we watched a video with a girl name Lucia. She is from Mexico and she attending a college in the united states. She describing her college she attends. She describes the living conditions at the college she attends. She gave us a tour of her school and she describing her favorite places on campus. I learned in this video the hand gestures to describe my favorite places on campus.

Interpretive Reading
My classmate and I took turned reading the email without the class. We learned how to write and read informal and formal letters. We learned how to start the letter if its formal. We also learned how to start the letter if its informal. When we first started reading and writing the letter I didn’t know how to greet a person in a email formal or informal. I learned different vocabulary words for opening and closing using informal and formal. I learned new skills on how to write a letter from this activity.
