After reviewing the NICE Workforce Framework and taking a look at the Work Role
Categories and reading their brief descriptions of the repective work roles in each category, there
is some areas that I would like to focus more on in my career on. One of the first areas that
appeals to me is the category \u201cOversigh and Governance\u201d and the work role that appealed to me
the most was \u201cCybersecurity Instruction\u201d, and that is because I believe that people should be able
to protect all their own systems wheather or not it is for their own personal systems or for work.
This also builds off of my experince of taking certain thing I\u2019ve learned in my academic journey
in cybersecurity. The other category that appealed to me was\u201cProtection and Defense\u201d and most
of the work roles in there are more in line with what I\u2019d like to pursue more in my career. In
terms of what categorys did not appeal to me would be \u201cDesign and Development\u201d and
Implementaion and Operation\u201d. The reasons they do no internest me as much is due to the
majority of work roles that are tied to the categories are built off of parts that I am not personally
