Computers have many different functions to help identify users, setting boundaries and enable safe distribution of authorization threw the use of different methods.

A database categorizes the information into different types that are ranked either high, moderate, low or none depending on the activity scores, how much the business values specific assets and how much vulnerability or opportunities could potentially pose as a threat to their business while providing specific descriptions to account for their information publication as well as for identifying the location and contacts for technological protection for their data. As the result the need for more protection and security for authorization to access sensitive information has greatly increased due to number of databases that are targeted by hackers that will mostly likely plan many cyber-attacks or data breaches attempts very frequently to obtain the data behind the firewalls.

The creation of frameworks and the encouragement of reform movement ideals allowed us to integrate the constantly changing dynamics of the information ecosystem and grow accustomed to the lack of a new cohesive curriculum. The Framework for Information Literacy is mostly about an educational reform movement that is focused on teaching Literacy of ethical concepts and how it used to be mostly geared towards the creation of new knowledge, growth of complex core ideas, general understanding of the basic foundation and fundamentals. The downside of the movement is that it also could also inspire different and more complex cyber-attack strategies.

Cyber stalkers and harassers also use the internet as a medium which also makes it difficult for scholars to analyze, predict the cybercrimes and makes it hard to categorize under legislation. They interact with the victims through contacting a wide variety of different media platforms that mostly are targeted towards college students.
