One of the most challenging assignments we had in Spanish102 was to do two talk abroad interviews. TalkAbroad is a website that allows students to talk with native spanish speakers allowing us to help have a conversation and put our spanish knowledge to the test. I was very nervous about doing my first interview as hearing spanish and understanding it has been the most challenging for me. My first partner I had was amazing and very understanding of my struggles. At the end of the interview I ended up having so much fun. I was pretty nervous at first at having to have the interview be 15 minutes long but it went by so fast! My second interview was the same way, I had a different partner and she was very understanding and patient as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The TalkAbroad interviews as well as class participation was great for getting the hang of vocabulary and a good understanding of what was going on in class. The talkabroad interviews I feel were very helpful oppossed to maybe just interviewing a classmate which I was hoping we would have to do but I’m so glad I got to meet and talk to a stranger. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
