I have four primary objectives during my internship, which were to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Improve Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills<br \/>2. Enhance Communication and Customer Service Skills<br \/>3. Develop Proficiency in Desktop Support Tools and Technologies<br \/>4. Understand IT Service Management Processes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0Below are my reflection papers during my time there.
