And using authentication is important also to actually identify a person or that thing is really what it’s supposed to be. It’s very important to keep the important information in like one file so it won’t be touched. Put two step authentication on the computer so when someone you don’t recognize who is trying to get into your information you can get a notification sent to your phone.
