How has cyber technology created opportunities for workplace deviance?

I feel as if cyber technology is going to do nothing but grow and the job opportunities will grow with that also. I feel as if cyber technology gives many people access to a lot of things. I feel as if a lot of things should be even more private then what it already is. There are a lot of different deviance that could happen outside the workplace that could still affect the workplace like for example if you have a manager that is showing favoritism to the wrong person and always letting that one person know the inside scope of the company. That can backfire in so many different ways. Already that person is a part of the team, he has access to a lot of the company information and the manager/boss is showing favoritism. The guy can easily run off with everything he has been told and go home to another friend that wants to know about the company and how and what the company is doing to maintain a good business. That person then can hack everything with that technology just to take from that company and start to build his from the ground up that is also backstabbing from that one person that was the manager/boss favorite employee. But it’s just not right how an employee can have so much legal access. But as the technology gets bigger the workplace deviance will increase drastically. Also you may have that one person that gets a little too happy and starts exploring through the different cyber technologies and wants to see a little more than what they are supposed to be working on. We need better incident response policies. But giving access to a lot of information to the wrong employees is my answer on how that creates workplace deviances.
