Welcome to my page! This is my story….

I was born and raised in central Georgia in a town named Warner Robins. As a child, I always thought I would be a Pharmacist when I grew up. In fact, I begin my college studies in 2010 at Valdosta State University in South Georgia, majoring in Chemistry. For whatever, reason, I was struggling in my sophomore year with Organic Chemistry. So I decided to leave college and join the United States Air Force.

In 2012, I graduated Basic Military Training in San Antonio, Texas. After completing training for my job, which was Healthcare Administration, I was sent to my first duty station, Offutt AFB, in Nebraska. I spent the next 5 years working in a super clinic before being reassigned to Langley AFB in Hampton, Virginia. Over the next 4.5 years, I worked in the hospital in various sections. My time came to an end in August 2022, which is when I began my current studies in Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University.

While serving in the Air Force, I was able to complete my Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees. I was hoping to stay in the healthcare industry. As I seek a degree run Cybersecurity, I hope to select a path in the future that would allow me to work in cyber in healthcare.

As a mother to twins, I enjoy hanging out with them in my free time. We enjoy riding bikes, going beaches, pools, and pretty much any other outdoor activities. We also have two dogs: a miniature Schnauzer and a baby mini Goldendoodle.
