Introduction

The article primarily focuses on how factors in an organization can influence information with security policies. Cybercrime increases day by day, and it raises concern for everyone worldwide and understanding any factors that drive employee’s behavior against security compliance can affect production companies. This review will summarize the relationship between both cyber awareness, trust management, and any cultural suggestions within the organization, which will determine any information for future security protocols in cyber security companies.

Relation to Social Science Principles

This article relates directly towards social science due to it focusing on human behaviors, social interaction as well as institution structures. Both methods of sociology and organizational behavior can help shape a person’s value as a whole. Cybercrime can be seen as a technical issue for the most part, but studying a person stems from a behavior awareness point of view. This can lead to trust in other individuals, any cultural relations, or even different behavior patterns that will potentially affect an organization. All these factors are the core of social science, and it will be a heavy influence to reach a final decision, especially within an organization of social systems.

Research Question, Hypothesis, Independent and Dependent Variables

The core focus question for this article is how does organizational culture, management trust and cyber security awareness affect an individual’s security compliance behavior in production companies. The articles had several hypotheses for study usages like the first was demonstrating awareness by training or running simulations to help employees detect any security threats and deescalate any further compliance behavior (Thati et al.,2025). The second hypothesis was that cybersecurity awareness has a big influence on any information security compliance behavior. Workers have shown that engaging with high energy and interest in the work activity has been a variable for behavioral outcomes (Muthuswamy & Nithya, 2023). The third hypothesis was the trusting in higher management can lead to a good relationship between security awareness and security compliance behavior. Organizational culture is a process that affects security compliance behavior and in that process a trust in higher management with employees can help greatly in final decision making (Abrahams et al., 2024). The independent variable can are the security measures and trust in management within the organization, and the dependent variable is the information on the security compliance behavior.

            Research Methods Used

The research method used was a quantitative research approach like examining behavior factors that help determine any security compliance behavior involved. The method used employees in different departments like IT, human resources, and assurance qualities within the organization and collectively gathered data. The data stemmed from questionaries which was a good approach for testing hypothesis and measuring any variables. This method also ensured that all employees provided relative insight on their working habits to help cybersecurity practices and any sign of compliance behavior.

    Data and Analysis done

The data collected was a numerical chart of variable measures and in sorted categories like Trust in higher management, Organizational culture, and Cybersecurity awareness. The data analyzed statistical variables to show validility and composite reliability. Compliance reliability for majority of employees stemmed to up to 0.70, which is the acceptable measurement (Fornell & Larker, 1981). Researchers can test the relationships between both independent and dependent variables from the data while testing any hypothesis from any new data.

Relation to Course Concepts

The PowerPoint presentations that included socialization and behavioral theory have great influence on this article. The organization culture can be formed from norms and expectations from individuals’ behavior and that correlates with social science. Trust in management can relate towards theories, and it can create policies that employees can abide towards that seen as fair regarding following a leader. The awareness of security compliance behavior can be influenced by attitudes and behavior inside social systems.

Marginalized Challenges and Contributions

Policies within cybersecurity will create challenges in marginalized groups and primarily focus on individuals with limited training or little to no knowledge of digital literacy. Awareness programs helps employees with information to detect any threats like phishing emails and data breach methods (Abubakari, P 2024). If the awareness programs aren’t efficient enough then individuals wouldn’t know how to handle any sort of cybercrime threats. Strengthening communication and training can result in reducing inequality and allowing employees within the organization to help be included with cybercrime protection.

        Contributions Studies towards Society

The study and collective information for preventing future cybercrime threats from occurring is by using social science. Studying and improving behavioral compliance can help reduce risk of cybercrime threats and enhance the protection of any sensitive data. Identifying awareness and trust through tests and simulations can help benefit organizations and strengthen security measures. The results of the simulations can help individuals grasp a better understanding about human behavior and social systems within technological environments.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the study provides a helpful insight on how organizational and behavior determinants can be critical towards security compliance behavior. Through testing from organization culture, cybersecurity awareness and trust in judgement with employee’s higher management, organizations can build strong infrastructural approaches against cyber threats. Building up employee engagement and security culture are essential against cyber threats in today’s digital world. The research done in this article gave a theoretical approach and that resulted in a securing environment that needed informed employees from the training simulations, trust in leadership for decisive decision making, and organizational cultures.
