eP: Blog 10

I had many expectations when it came to taking this course. Initially, I that thought that I would be able to understand people more throughly and have a better understanding for perspective thinking. I now realize, that it takes time and patience to learn certain skills. Understanding how people interact and socially connect is a source of nature that is always evolving. Achievements that I have accomplished throughout this course is understanding the core objectives of social psychology , such as making connections with outside experiences. Most classes that I have previously taken are not as thorough and has left me at times questioning what was actually learned. Also, I learned and appreciated the skill to write. Each assignment and blog post that was given made me think critically as a student and put my extensive writing skills to the test. My attitude about Social Psychology has changed throughout learning different material within the course. I will say that it is a course that makes you question how and why do people do the things they do and how as a Psychologist can you improve those occurrences. I think that if I had the chance to take this course over again, I would be more punctual on submitting my assignments and blog posts on time. Academically, I’ve learned and grown as a student into taking better notes. This course has taught me that if I organize and highlight key terms within my notes, it will help me to pass my chapter tests for the course. This course has also taught me that, being on time is being proficient and taking accountability for your actions. I work in a corporate office, so when you are on time, it shows that you are serious about your job and think highly of yourself professionally. Te reason why I selected the about visual is because sometimes in life you have certain ideals and sometimes things may not go they way you would expect them to. Learning and growing from your mistakes and making note of those mistakes is a life process that everyone encounters.
