The CIA Triad contains three components: confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The three are key figures of what makes the CIA Triad based on what secures systems and what can be used to solve solutions. Confidentiality is reassuring that your personal and private information is disclosed of all access. Integrity is ensuring that you’re well kept safe and proud that your private information is well kept safe and stored. Availability is properly maintaining your private information is well kept like checking on your email or any other source is well kept safe. Based on these components they form an alliance making sure that your private information is kept hidden to only you and you only. The difference between authentication and authorization is something that should be discussed to also know the difference. Authentication is making sure the user behind an account is who they say they are, for example asking the user their birthday or what are their hobbies. Another way is using password logins that’s only secure for the person behind the account. Authorization determines what the person behind the account can do. An example of this is like being authorized to board a seat on the bus or a plane meaning that you are authorized to board that transportation since you paid for it.
