When it comes to the networking of the material world, I believe that markets, enterprises, and groups should all be subject to a set of rules. There should be no preference for one market or industry over another. A large corporation with PPI is equally as valuable as a small corporation with PPI. I believe that if a standard or framework is established for this, everyone will be on the same page as networks increase (i.e., cloud-based software). There is no reason why Amazon or Microsoft should be given higher priority or relevance than someone else just because of their size. I feel that until more enterprises and corporations become more used to the material world’s networking, they are doomed to collapse. Everything is changing to a more digital format for a reason; it’s just the way cybertechnology is going. This is one of the many reasons why brick-and-mortar stores are gradually disappearing. I don’t think physical businesses will go away in my lifetime, but there’s a reason why Amazon and Ebay thrive. One, because they have a large inventory of items, and two, because they can deliver those things in a timely manner. I believe that there should be a common standard that all markets and enterprises must adhere to in order to guarantee that they are treated equally and rated on the same criteria. When it comes to anything of this magnitude, priority should never be considered.
