For the last Item to Archive, I chose to do the exercise from module twelve about aggression. The sentences that I chose that indicated aggression to me was the second “Two wolves fight for the leadership of a pack”. This sentence definitely showed aggression because when this happens the wolves will fight until the last one is standing to achieve leadership. Sentences seven “A man viciously kicks a cat” shows aggression because it is rooted in an unnecessary action inflicted upon an innocent animal. Lastly, sentence thirteen ” An enraged boy tries with all his might to inflict injury on his antagonist, a bigger boy, but is not successful in doing so. His efforts simply amuse the bigger boy”. This shows aggression because the smaller boy has built up emotions from the bullying that the bigger boy has projected on him and has turned the smaller boy aggressive making him want to inflict harm on him. Out of all three of the sentences I chose, I believe that sentence seven shows the most aggression because if he inflicted harm on an innocent animal with no hesitation, he would do it on a human being which is not cool. I chose this sentence because out of the other two sentences, one is based off of animal instincts and fighting for the leadership of the pack is bound to happen. With sentence thirteen, the smaller boy is continuously bullied so he had emotions that were held up unto a point where he could not handle it anymore and was more of a self-defense action.
