My name is Kieran Baker. I was born April 27, 2001 in Virginia. One of my few but most significant interests is my love of reading. I will almost always have a book of some kind in my hand whether it is physical or digital. I am usually a bit more quite because I prefer to listen to others more than talking myself although I can definitely hold a conversation whenever I need to. I am currently working on a major in history and a minor in world cultures. My present goals are to develop deeper understanding of other cultures and their histories in order to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to have healthy and clear understanding of the thoughts and views of members of those cultures. This is because I believe developing skills and knowledge such as this will not only help me to be the best version of myself but also support me on any paths I take in the future. My plans for my future career is still in development but I am certain that I will be working in the library system as something along the lines of a librarian or archivist in the future.
