I created this meme because I am trying to get into Marine Biology. Something that there is no silver bullet or magic fix to is Global Warming and Climate Change. It can affect animals big and small in the ocean. We focus so much on the larger animals in our fight to make change. Wanted to look at the smallest organism a single cell. For me this is important because of the changes in ocean temperatures and acidity. Something that is expected to happen is certain plankton and phytoplankton that is found in more temperate regions or even some found in warmer tropical temperatures are expected to migrate or start to become more prevalent in the northern or southern hemispheres because of the temperature and pH changes in the ocean waters. As temperatures increase and the pH changes in the ocean it will cause issues with mortality of plankton and phytoplankton they cannot survive in some of the higher temperatures and higher acidity of the ocean waters that is expected. With this I chose SpongeBob SquarePants animation and Sheldon for my meme. I created this meme I apologize it isnt animated this was my first attempt at something like this.
