A synopsis of my professional development goals:
Networking: Identify networks and organizations involved in public procurement-related practices.
Research agenda: Multi-sector administration as it occurs at the local governments and national governments level; public procurement and public-private partnerships as arrangements to improve public policy in a rapidly changing world; in the end developing the research and service skills needed in public, non-profit, and private organizations.
Consultancy & Training: Setting an agenda for developing the skills of consultant and trainer for governments and organizations in Africa and around the world.
Professional website: Developing and maintaining my own website and providing services in public administration building, procurement practice, and public policy.
Technological update: Setting an agenda to keep up with advanced technology necessary for personal initiatives and high performance on the job.
Plan of collaboration: Developing a plan of collaboration with faculty and colleagues to diversify my skills and explore opportunities.
