Principles of Science

Relativism-All things are related or connected. A change in one systems will lead to a change in another system.

Objectivity-Topics and studies should not have a opinion of a point of view, but to advance knowledge. Opinions will reshape the narrative of a study or research to fit an objective.

Parsimony-Keep things simple.

Empiricism-Studies are conducted with the connection to the senses. Hunches and opinions are a no-go in this principle.

Skepticism-The principle of questioning, analyzing, and examining claims.

Ethical Neutrality-This principle promotes honoring and following ethical standards during the research process.

Determination-Events influence, cause, or determine the behavior of an individuals. Example would be “Why do individuals (choose to) commit……”
