The certain areas I would like to focus my Cybersecurity career on, based on the NICE Workforce Framework are; Systems Security Management, Security Control Assessment, Cybersecurity Policy and Planning, or Executive Cybersecurity Leadership. Much of this decision is based on cybersecurity being my second career, I have already served and retired from the United States Navy. Based on that experience, I have found that I have skills developing and implementing policy, along with auditing policy, guidance and programs already in place for compliance. I think I would excel in the cybersecurity industry and domain developing and maintaining cybersecurity plans, strategy and policy, ensuring regulatory compliance. I am also sure that I would be very effective establishing the vision and direction for an organization\u2019s cybersecurity operations. At the very least my military experience would make me effective at managing the cybersecurity of a program, organization, system, or enclave.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
