During the month of January we had to do the on boarding for Leesa with a new client. Leesa is a mattress company based in Virginia Beach. We first went to portal.office.com, then it ask the user for there password. We had to send a link for the client to change the password for the office account. Which will change the domain login account information. This enables the user to access one drive and the company’s share folder. Leesa has an application called lasspass to save passwords. Which is like a vault to put documents or notes in too. First the client had to go in to set master password to update the new account in order to download lasspass which is a password manager to get in to all of your accounts. Next the client needed to send a request to one of our team members to upgrade there zoom account so they can have meetings longer than the basic 45mins. Next we had to wait for a text code from one of our administrators in order for our client to get in to there Leesa account to change there two factor authentication phone number so they can log in with there own credentials.

Next we then had to create an account for a new hire at a company called Zimmerman Marine. Zimmerman Marine is a company that repairs boats. First we remotely logged in to the server for Zimmerman Marine on a site called Kaseya. After opening up the server I had to go to the tools tab in the server window then selected active directory users and computers. Then I searched for an account that already exists with the basic member group credentials to copy and create a new domain account for the new hire.
