Cybersecurity is a field that involves several technical substances. The knowledge required is all about in depth computation, but there is many other careers that need the same educational process as Cybersecurity. They sometimes involve basic programming courses, and basic STEM courses too. One career that is related to Cybersecurity is the field of “Bioinformatics”. A person who is in this field basically analyzes data for many significant reasons. They analyze data for biological reasons, advance techniques for medicine and health, but a computer will always be a significant thing in this study. They relate to Cybersecurity because of the similar learning process and route you would be taking for both professions. Another major that is very common is computer programming. This field in my opinion is one of the much related ones to the cyber world. Computer programming is the creation of applications, and softwares. Their goal is for softwares, and anything internally in a smart device to successfully operate. Computer programming takes coding skills, just like in cybersecurity. Knowing how a computer functions, and having knowledge towards how to obtain in depth information in a computer system is an important essential in both majors. They both have the same educational route and I honestly think that a Cybersecurity specialist can actually program too, by just taking cyber courses. Another one on the list would be the study of Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics. These type of specialist have lots of knowledge when it comes to computation. This is a bit similar to the first profession I talked about. They deal with lots of environmental, human, and society things. They analyze information we need for our own selfs as humans, but once again. Technology and computation will always be their main source. The last one of the list would be a computer repair technician. How the job is called already explains what they do. They basically repair and maintain computers and servers but to do all of that you have to know how a computer functions. That will require a process to learn why everything on a computer does what it does. These 4 careers involve a similar educational process and same sources to actually get the job done, yet Cybersecurity is a totally different world which is beyond interesting.
