The second part of my internship has been such an amazing experience for me. I have had the opportunity to network with many professionals throughout Sentara. I am normally at the Oceanfront Therapy Clinic, but I have had to experience of going to Town Center Therapy and Wesleyan Therapy. Being at multiple clinics has allowed me to work with different teams and see how they function. I am tasks with a different project to do when I go to the clinics which has allowed me to put new skills to use. My team collaboration skills have improved significantly. Seeing different tasks and projects come together with the help of others to reach a goal has been so rewarding. I have also learned the importance of taking notes. This allows me to see where I need to improve on. Continuous learning is essential to reaching goals.
