My intended major is Dental Hygiene. I chose this major because I like helping patients and I have always wanted to work in the medical field. I also wanted to advance in the dental field. When I was in high school I went to VOTECH for 2 years and got my dental assistant certificate. I also did internships for my dentist at Konikoff dentistry. I have family members that work in the dental field and they have helped me along the way.
