Another one<br>that I said yes to is displacement which means you will get on social media first before doing the<br>important things in life such as homework and hobbies. The one that I usually do is when I have<br>homework but if I really do not want to I will get on social media and just disassociate. Social<br>media will sometimes suck you in and you will be there for hours without realizing it, that would<br>be called doom scrolling which can be a negative and positive. The items on the scale have a lot<br>to do with social media precedent over your everyday life. With a lot of the options having to do<br>with feeling bad or down when you are not able to get on social media because you have other<br>responsibilities. The difference with this type of scale and result around the world is that it has to<br>depend on if they are able to access the internet , if they have access to a phone and if they are<br>able to access the internet due to the government. Some countries the government will ban some<br>social media because of the agenda that they want to go with.
