While typing the questions I got wrong and going back through the textbook and notes/review sheet to understand why I was incorrect, I started to want to know the correct answer as well. Going back through I found the correct answers in the text and all the answers I had highlighted when I first read the chapters. This strategy of understanding why I was wrong and then seeking out the correct responses has made me realize when studying for my exam’s I should look at the textbook more carefully when told to be familiar with a section. Especially, when I believed it to be important from the beginning. Knowing that I should review more during the week prior to the exam, along with rereading what was found important from the textbook will allow me to improve my test taking strategies for the remaining exams.
