Artifact #3

Module 11’s item to archive was slightly difficult to do as finding ten people that I know well enough and was not all family, was harder than I anticipated. Yet I pulled through as I also chose some people from work I would consider I know fairly well. Out of the ten people eight of them were divided evenly between Unselfish/Happy and Selfish/Unhappy, while two of them lingered in Unselfish/Unhappy which slightly surprised me.

It was interesting to find out because I never thought of it before but both the Unhappy/Unselfish individuals seemed that way because they were not selfish in the slightest bit. Though happy and selfish do not really pair together, I feel some selfishness is needed or you end up with people who get walked over and that makes the individual even unhappier. I found that the one who are Unselfish/Happy tend to have a balance where they can be selfish about things like their self-care. On the other hand, Selfish/Unhappy people are unhappy because their emotions are more selfish than the actions themselves.
