I chose this image as it was the day that I graduated Community College and my mom was so proud of me. I am the first generation in my family to go to and complete a college degree.

The student I believe myself to be is hard working but with room to grow. I keep myself well organized when it comes to the classes I take, between how my notes and binders are laid out to all the dates for assignments in my agenda. College is an entirely different world from high school and each semester I learn new ways to improve on how I am as a student. Some factors that I believe boost my confidence levels as a student are the time I dedicate to each class, the extra learning activities that I do, and if I am stuck, I will always ask questions. Though at first all the extra work seems daunting at first, it has helped me tremendously in how much information I retain. All these help my confidence levels in taking tests as well as what I feel I accomplished for the semester.

In the self-efficacy scale that was filled out I scored a 32 out of 40. I believe this is a fairly accurate representation of my task accomplishments. When it comes to goals and accomplishments if I put all my effort into them the results that follow are satisfactory. However, when it comes to being opposed by others or unseen situations involving another party it can become an extremely stressful situation. I attempt to be optimistic as almost any problem that arises can be solved with a little effort and overall I strive to be satisfied with the work that I put out.
