Task 6
Task 6: Protocol-15 pts.
Protocol Final
Observation: I am hoping to gain a lot of information while observing the Rappahannock area community services board. When I conduct my evaluation, I will have a journal for writing down notes. One of the main things that I will be focusing on is the interactions between the clients and the stakeholders. I want to see if the stakeholders treat the clients fairly and with respect. I also want to see if the clients have positive interactions with stakeholders and other clients. I’m also hoping to gain knowledge about the day to day functions of the RACSB. I want to gain a basic understanding of the clients and stakeholders schedule. For example, I want to find out when they eat lunch and when they go out to participate in the community. Finally, I want to observe the type of activities they do while at day support. A proper observation should lead to a productive evaluation.
