Review the NICE Workforce Framework. Are there certain areas that
you would want to focus your career on? Explain which areas would
appeal the most to you and which would appeal the least.

Of the 7 categories on the NICE Workforce Framework, I would say that the area that I would want to focus the most is Oversee and Govern. I am very interests in Strategic Planning & Policy and Training, Education, & Awareness. I think it would be extremely interesting to develop policies and strategize plans for an organization. I also enjoyed training my shipmates when I was in the Navy so I would enjoy the coordinating and delivering training methods and courses to create cyber integrity within my organization. I am not particularly interested in analyzing so the Analyze category is not for me, however the Collect and Operate category interests me as well.
