Reflection

In this course, I have learned a lot about colors, clothes, food, and daily routines. Some things were easier to learn and comprehend than others. I was very skeptical about taking the second part of Spanish but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. While it was challengening to take this class online, it allowed me more freedom and time to pace myself as well. It placed a lot of responsibility on me as a student to get my work done and turned in on time. It also forced me to communicate with my classmates to figure out assignments and get advice on how to complete certain assignments. This also allowed me to focus more on my studies and practice instead of having to get up and attend a class every other day. This experience has made me realize what a jump it is from Spanish 1 to Spanish 2. While there are still some basics that you learn while taking this course, this take a deeper dive into how to use certain phrases and words. This class reminded me why I love to learn foreign languages in the first place.
