Why do ethics matter in entrepreneurship?

            Ethics matters in entrepreneurship and business, because what customer would want to invest in a company that has a sketchy reputation. Furthermore, an exercise of great ethics leads to great business and a positive reputation that comes from the acts of an ethical company. An entrepreneur’s reputation of owning an ethical company is probably the best advertisement a business owner could ask for because it shows your customers that you care. Also, it allows people to trust you and to be willing to invest in your business; could even lead to business partnerships because people believe in your business. An Entrepreneur wants people to have confidence in their business because good ethics equals good business along with trust and confidence in others.

 How does my own personal budget related to an entrepreneurship budget?

            How much income you are able to earn and are willing to spend when it comes to your personal budget can relate to your entrepreneurship budget. Furthermore, putting together a budget before actually starting your business can set it on the right road to success. Being able to budget your personal earnings will teach you how to manage your business’s budget in order to keep it growing or at least afloat. Monitoring and managing my personal and entrepreneurship budget will help allocate place resources where they are needed. Furthermore, which will keep my business profitable and successful. Both are very relatable because it’s all about being aware of how much you’re earning and spending in the budget period.

Why do we need budgets?

            We need budgets because it helps us figure out or long – term goals, and how to work towards them effectively. Also, budgeting helps you not to spend money that you essentially don’t have. Budgeting could even lead to a better retirement life; like setting money aside for your 401k. Furthermore, budgeting is very useful when it comes to always being prepared for emergencies, like being fired from your job or going through a divorce. Lastly, a budget can help you achieve financial independence and freedom in terms of just enjoying life, and not living from check to check.

What is social entrepreneurship?

            “Social entrepreneurs focus on social improvement and sustainable system change.” Social entrepreneurship uses business principles to address social problems and issues in today’s society. When it comes to being a social entrepreneur they seek social value, social impact, and even environmental impact. Social entrepreneurs relate to business entrepreneurs in the sense that they both have a passion for making a difference in today’s society. Characteristics of a social entrepreneur are someone that’s empathic, innovative, passionate about social issues, etc.

What are the most significant legal issues entrepreneurs face?

            A customer may sue your company for providing misleading information in a commercial presented by your company. Also, your company may demand too much cash in order to pay taxes, and as a result, you are short of cash for your own business. Neglecting to follow corporate compliance laws is a significant legal issue that entrepreneurs face. Make sure Non-disclosure agreements are signed before sharing information or business concepts. Lastly, Entrepreneurs face issues with properly constructing with a lawyer, employment handbooks, and contracts, if not handled correctly it can generate many legal issues.
