Why do entrepreneurs get in trouble with the law?
Entrepreneurs deal with many legal issues, some they can control and some they cannot. For example, the entrepreneur’s company can be sued by a customer, If they believe their company’s commercial contained misleading information. An entrepreneur could also create a business name of another company that already exists, and is trademarked without knowing; which can lead to legal trouble. They get in trouble with the law for not having certain legal forms on the pages of their websites. Also, entrepreneurs run into legal trouble by not taking advantage of tax laws. Lastly, the company doesn’t have liability insurance and that could lead to legal trouble also.
What does psychology have to do with marketing?
Marketing plays a role in psychology by anticipating the buyer’s behavior by trying to understand their cognitive biases. Buying in terms of marketing psychology can play a role in alleviating stress, and the consumer making themselves feel good. Psychology can affect marketing by utilizing authority; which refers to consumers trusting who is in charge. Also, affecting the user by showing them something they may like in terms of physical, similarity, or association could encourage them to purchase a product. Lastly, understanding what price levels do to the consumer’s mind, and analyzing the market to see which consumer bases react to offers or discounts.
What types of marketing sway my decisions?
Inbound marketing sways my decisions because they create valuable content and experiences that the consumers can relate to and attracts them to the product. Digital marketing sways my decisions because it’s constantly in my face on social media, emails, and search engines. Also, Search engine marketing has an effect on me, because I’m always seeing it on search engine response pages and I become curious. Content marketing sways my decisions the most because I’m so invested in content creators on social media and I’m always watching them for their likeness and their product. Moreover, all of these types of marketing play a role in influencing what I purchase within the market.
How can I pitch ideas better?
I can pitch better ideas by using the 4 p’s of pitching; which are a promise, picture, proof, and pitch. For me to have a memorable pitch, I need to sell my idea in a convincing fashion. Also, I could pitch ideas better by having a great attention grabber that will grab someone’s attention from the beginning. Being able to paint the picture of my business idea inside of someone else’s mind to where they can visualize it also can better my pitch. Lastly, I need to be able to prove that what I’m pitching is real and obtainable, not just an idea that’ll never form into action. My pitch could be better by me also giving them one call to action.
What are my strengths and weaknesses in pitching?
I struggle at times with speaking with confidence and conviction in what I’m saying. However, I’m really good with having accurate research with in my pitch. Also, I have a good tone most of the time that can grab the audiences attention. I even think at times just me being simply nervous can affect the outcome of my total pitch. Furthermore, and I can be better at times with my preparation by doing things in advance, so my pitch is more put together.
