My Eportfolio will show ways of understanding the importance of evaluating a non-profit agency, as this will be beneficial when owning my own non-profit. It shows understanding through the use of reflections, purposes, evaluations, and other components when conducting an evaluation. The agency that I chose to evaluate was The Center for Child and Family Services, which is located in Hampton Virginia. This agency works with individuals to improve their lives by delivering quality counseling programs and support services to empower families. This agency has three program departments which offer these type of services, which include Behavioral Health Services, Child & Family Connection, and Consumer Credit Counseling Services.[
