I am Lauren Jordan-Howard a Senior at Old Dominion University. I am a self-driven professional with a keen savvy for innovative solutions that excels in communication and high paced environments. I am a confident natural leader that can lead in a fair and empathetic manner. I have a passion for Information Technology and thrive in an analytical environment and like field. I currently am a leadership major at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. The Leadership major has provided me the opportunity to grow within my role as an IT Specialists and manager understanding key elements of various aspects of leadership such as, workplace law and etiquette, project management strategies and overall workplace administration functions and cultural empathy, within 3 categories of leadership: Research, Leadership and Diversity. I am a person who is never afraid to learn new fields of study. In addition, I am a major lover of rare music records and a collector of books. I have also devoted myself to a lifetime of study to become fluent in Spanish!
