Hello! My name is Lauren Carey from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and I am currently studying Exercise Science at Old Dominion University.

My goal is to gain a better knowledge of the Spanish culture and have the ability to speak Spanish fluently. I hope that the use of this site will help tract my progress in terms of reaching this goal. Besides this goal, I am also a student-athlete at ODU, playing Division 1 Lacrosse. Playing sports my whole life has instilled the qualities of hard-work and discipline into my daily life.
