A3

I found value in this assignment through pushing me to reflect on how I could be perceived as hypocritical because I value certain characteristics highly but might not push myself to do things that align with those characteristics. Oftentimes I prefer to justify my actions over changing the belief, which may be fine, but in the end, I usually end up short of what I believe I should do. This assignment has also made me consider that others will judge you for your actions fairly well but may only have an idea of what your attitudes are. Even if people think your actions don’t align with your attitudes, they are just taking a guess at what your attitudes are. The most important aspect of this isn’t the labels attached to you, rather how satisfied you are with your actions and beliefs personally.

This photo shows people gossiping about an individual, which could be taken quite poorly if they were to take other individuals’ opinions of them to heart. When comparing your attitudes and beliefs to see if they align, it would be helpful to remove yourself from all expectations and labels others put on you to determine what you truly value.
