Lingro learning on the Contrase\u00f1a website has helped get more comfortable with the areas that I feel may have been a little more stressful without it. I have learned to use Spanish to network socially with my peers but also with people I didn\u2019t;t even know. We had a project to give an interview to someone who was Spanish speaking. I had someone in mind but he flaked on me last minute. So I reached out to a friend of mine who put me in touch with his coworker. Good thing I\u2019m social right. I would have preferred to meet with him up close and personl however he lives in Chicago. It\u2019s the first video I have ever posted on YouTube. If I were the type of person to get embarrassed I\u2019d take it down but I refuse. The world is going to have front row seats to my growth as a bilingual journalist! Now that I think of it this may become sort or a vision board for my future. I\u2019m enjoying this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRESENTATIONAL SPEAKING <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I learned how beautful my campus actually was by doing a project in which making a video was necessary. This was also good for my digital editing skills. In this project I got the chance to talk about some of my favorite buildings at ODU. I also got the opportunity to collaborate with one of my classmates who filmed me. Well maybe not for the sake of safety lol. Anyways these are a few of the highlights from my time in Spanish 101. I hope you enjoyed them.
