To my understanding, a parallel major is a major that almost goes hand in hand with the major of your choosing. A major in which you would still end with either similar or the same results. It could also be a major that was your second choice that doesn’t necessarily connect with your actual major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I believe my parallel major would be Health Sciences. Although they may not seem to similar to some, for me they go hand-in-hand. One works to educate patients while the other works directly to keep patients healthy. Essentially, like the brains and the brawn, working hand-in-hand but in two separate areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
