LeADERS

I am very thankful I joined the LeADERS program. LeADERS is a program that helps a student develop themselves. It pushes them to become the best version of themselves. It takes their dreams and helps them develop it. The internship requirement helps someone gain experience and a better understanding for their profession. The leadership requirement helps one learn how to lead in their profession. The diversity requirement helps one develop a diverse understanding in their profession. The entrepreneurship requirement allows someone to feel confident and comfortable in their decisions. The research option helps someone learn how to conduct research studies and lastly the service learning option helps one learn how to serve the community. All of the requirements are altered towards someones career and helps them develop important skills.
