TELPS Model
We investigate the concept of Transmembrane Electrostatically Localized Protons (TELPS) to explain how energy is managed across biological membranes.

Membrane Biophysics
We use molecular dynamics tools (GROMACS, OpenMM) and quantum simulations (CP2K) to model proton and water interactions near lipid bilayers.
