My name is Leeah Rergyamdee and I am a Biology Major at Old Dominion University.

Ever since I could remember, my favorite subject has been science. Science is involved in everything, from the paper that you write on to the car that you drive. Not only that, but there are many different types of science. My personal favorite type of science is botany. Plants have always interested me, not only because they supply us with life, but because they are as complex as humans. Moreover, there is still so much to learn about plants.

Eventually, my goal is to obtain a Doctoral Degree in Botany and begin working in a laboratory studying plants. I hope to be able to contribute to discovering new things about plants and potentially teaching others about my knowledge and findings in a university setting.
