After taking the Social Media Disorder Scale I realized that I am at the risky usage of social
media, but only because I had two yes\u2019s instead of one. I think the questions listed on the
scale are very important to determine if you have problems and are addicted to social
media. I think there are different social media patterns found across the world because
every culture is different and some cultures find it completely normal to be on social media
for half the day. Another reason is that not everyone has access to technology, and if
Somewhere that has a lower amount of technology access would have lower patterns.
Another thing is that younger people, like my generation, tend to use more technology than
our grandparents would and depending on the age of the person the higher the scale could
