That\u2019s been really important for me because cybersecurity and cybercrime investigations aren\u2019t just about the tech\u2014there\u2019s a whole legal side to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning about criminal liability helped me see how cybercriminals can be charged and what evidence is needed to hold them accountable. The section on legal defenses made me think about things like ethical hacking and cases where intent really matters.
